An "E" in front of a post shows you, that there is a link, a video or audio file in English within that post. Other languages maybe "G" (German), "I" (Italian), "ESP" (Spanish) or "H" (Hebrew). As we go along, other languages may come up.
Still, the posts themselves are all in English and give you an idea of what the link´s content. If there is a whole post in German, which can happen since I sometimes write articles in German, such posts will also be labelled "G".
